Microsoft introduced Windows 11 last June, also distributing the most complete Insider Preview. Soon after, we saw the peculiar case of a Xiaomi Mi 8 smartphone running what appeared to be this operating system.
The terminal was then limited to some basic functions that we would also see on demonstration on a Nokia Lumia 950 XL smartphone. In both cases this feat resulted from the labor and portability efforts of some dedicated programmers.

However, according to the ITHome publication , this project
is more advanced. The effort to flash the Windows 11 operating system on a
Xiaomi Mi 8 smartphone is now more stable, with various functions, screens and
menus accessible and functional.
The aforementioned publication states that this project is
now much more advanced. By the way, we can see a video, originally published on
the Chinese social network Weibo, in which the main menus, functions and
control screens are presented.
More specifically, we see the GPU (graphics), power, Wi-Fi
network control menus, as well as other features of the new Windows 11 working
in full. In summary, the system's portability is stable and quite
comprehensive.

Still there are several parameters and functions that currently do not work fully. Among these, the publication highlights issues with Bluetooth drivers . Also, the smartphone graphics cannot process ( render ) x64 programs.
However, the team of developers promises that most of these
impediments will be resolved. The objective is simple, to create a stable and
perfectly usable version of the Windows 11 operating system adapted to the
mobile format.

It should also be noted that the Xiaomi Mi 8 was not the only smartphone chosen to receive this adapted version of Windows 11. Indeed, we have already introduced a OnePlus 6, OnePlus 6T , Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 and several other Android smartphones.
Furthermore, we also have smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus, or the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3, Xiaomi Mi 8 or the Poco F1. By the way, soon we should also see the operating system being "ported" to even newer devices.
Finally, Windows 11 will reach users, for computers, in the last months of 2021 in its stable version.
